Welcome, my name is Nina also affectionately known as Yogi’Ni by my family.

I work in an integrated way that follows your pace and rhythm inviting you to rediscover hope and skills with holistic perspectives making sense of the relationship between body and mind, experience and more.

I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist, Mindfulness Teacher and Yoga Therapist. My career includes close to 15 years NHS service, and an equal number of years exploring and practising body-mind practices which I have found so beneficial for my own health and self-acceptance.
